We are taking on the biggest challenges for busy professionals like food prep and planning, having meaningful connections, nourishing your body and mind while balancing your career, and nurturing your vision for a healthy life.
Each month we will have 2 sessions together online to connect. One will be focused on a trending health topic where we’ll expand our knowledge and have an opportunity to work through challenges in the group session. The second session will be a cooking class where we will all cook together in our own kitchens and make a healthful, simple meal together under the guidance of Wellbeing Chef Suzy.
