Helping individuals make healthier dietary choices and create sustainable lifestyle changes through individualized plans, and the necessary support and guidance to help the client reach their goals.
Pantry Makeovers
The purpose of a pantry makeover is to help you bring awareness to your current food choices, while making space for healthier alternatives. Together we reorganize and create a healthy pantry and fridge to make space for food that will serve your wellbeing. Great group activity too!
