  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tsp fresh grated ginger
  • ½ Tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ Tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ Tsp monk fruit or other sweetener of your choice
