When my girls were little, one of our favorite ways to make healthy eating fun was by creating grazing trays filled with colorful, whole foods. We’d mix familiar favorites with a few new options, paired with a dip they already loved. Before long, their taste buds began to expand — and we were checking all the nutrition boxes while having fun together in the kitchen.
